Mission
To help people be more generous, more often through a modern platform and community for giving.
Activities or mission (Part I)
At Daffy, our mission is to help people be more generous, more often. Daffy is the Donor-Advised Fund for You, a modern platform and community for charitable giving.
-
Daffy is focused on helping people make giving a habit in an effort to close the $1.27 trillion generosity gap. Daffy is founded on a core belief that with a combination of technology and community, we can help people be more generous. 2023 represented a number of innovative additions to our donor-advised fund to help make giving easier and more impactful for our members, including:GIVING GOAL Daffy makes it simple for every member to set an annual giving goal and recurring donations to their favorite organizations.DIVERSIFIED INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS Daffy supports 15 pre-approved investment portfolios, with conservative, diversified, ESG, and crypto options to give charitable contributions the opportunity to grow over time.DAFFY APIs Almost every incumbent financial service provider offers the ability to easily donate. With Daffy APIs, any developer can design giving into their applications. DAFFY FOR ADVISORS Financial advisors help people with all of their financial goals, and that should include philanthropy. Daffy offers modern technology and low fees, as well as the tools for advisors to help manage and administer their clients' donor-advised funds.DAFFY CAMPAIGNSDonating, by itself, is a generous act. But now any Daffy member can create matching fundraisers for the charities and causes they care about, providing an even more leveraged way to use their giving to inspire others.DAFFY FOR FAMILIES Members may add up to 24 family members to their fund, to help teach the next generation the values associated with giving through their own actions.DAFFY FOR WORKEmployers who prioritize talent have realized they can easily encourage their employees to give back by providing a charitable giving account and offering a match or charitable gift.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those.
