Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- PART I, LINE 3
- PARTNERSGLOBAL, A RELATED ORGANIZATION, COMPENSATES SHARED EMPLOYEES. PARTNERS PERFORMS AN ANNUAL REVIEW OF SALARIES BASED ON MARKET DATA AND UPDATES ITS SALARY MATRIX ACCORDINGLY. EMPLOYEES ARE HIRED THROUGH THE COMPETITIVE PROCESS AND INITIAL SALARIES ARE BEING NEGOTIATED BASED ON THE SALARY MATRIX. ONCE THE EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN HIRED AND SALARY ESTABLISHED, THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMS AN ANNUAL EVALUATION OF THE EMPLOYEE'S PERFORMANCE, AND BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW DECISIONS ARE MADE ON INCREASING THE SALARY. ACCORDING TO THE INTERNAL ORGANIZATIONAL POLICY, THE ANNUAL SALARY INCREASES ARE LIMITED TO THE LEVEL OF MAXIMUM 5%, AND LOWER. EACH YEAR THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM DECIDES ON THE MAXIMUM PERCENTAGE OF SALARY INCREASES BASED ON FACTORS SUCH AS INFLATION RATES, MARKET DATA ON SALARY DYNAMICS, ETC. PARTNERS PRESIDENT'S SALARY IS REVIEWED ANNUALLY BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REVIEWS THE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT AND APPROVES RESULTS AND THEN DECIDES ON A SALARY INCREASE. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY ALSO PROVIDE A BONUS PAYMENT IF IT BELIEVES AN ADDITIONAL INCENTIVE WAS DESERVED. SALARY INCREASES WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE PRESIDENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNAL POLICY AND IS LIMITED TO 5%.
