OTHER NON-FIXED PAYMENTS MADE IN 2023 WERE VACATION PAYOUT TO JASON GRUMET AND KELLY DARNELL PER COMPANY POLICY AND MOVING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT TO MARGARET SPELLINGS AS PART OF HER EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT APPROVED BY THE BOARD.
