THE REPORTING ORGANIZATION RELIES ON TUFTS MEDICAL CENTER, INC., A RELATED ORGANIZATION, TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION FOR THE TOP MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS. THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MET ON OCTOBER 24, 2024 TO REVIEW EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION FOR 2024. SULLIVAN AND COTTER, AN INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT TO THE BOARD, PROVIDED A COMPETITIVENESS ASSESSMENT BASED ON COMPARATOR INFORMATION INCLUDING NATIONAL, NORTHEAST AND BOSTON AREA DATA. TOTAL COMPENSATION FOR THE EXECUTIVE GROUP, INCLUDING THE PRESIDENT/CEO, COO AND VICE PRESIDENT WAS DETERMINED TO BE WITHIN MARKET AVERAGES . THE PROCESS HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE THEN.
