THE TARGET AMOUNT OF EACH EMPLOYEE'S INCENTIVE COMPENSATION IS BASED ON A COMBINATION OF JOB LEVEL, INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE AND ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE.
