Other organizations at this address

1 other organization in the IRS Business Master File lists the same street address. matched by us

We match the street line and ZIP code as the IRS gives them, ignoring case and outer spaces and nothing else, so "AVE" and "AVENUE" count as different streets and this list can miss some. A shared address can mean related organizations or a shared office, but it can also be a registered agent, a mail drop or a service provider holding mail for unrelated clients. It is not, by itself, evidence that two organizations are connected.

  • La Paz Regional Hospital (LPRH) is a 25-bed rural healthcare facility dedicated to providing essential medical services to the residents of La Paz County and surrounding communities. On October 23, 2013, LPRH received Medicare designation as a Critical Access Hospital (CAH), recognizing its vital role in delivering healthcare to rural populations. In addition to hospital services, LPRH operates Rural Health Clinics in Salome, Bouse, Quartzsite, and Parker (River Health Clinic), providing critical access to healthcare in underserved communities. The clinics in Salome and Bouse are the only local healthcare providers in their respective communities, while the Quartzsite clinic offers the area's only full-time medical services. As the only general acute-care hospital in La Paz County, LPRH serves as the cornerstone of healthcare for the region.During the 20242025 fiscal year, LPRH provided care to 19,489 patients through a total of 50,283 visits across its hospital and clinic network. Services included:417 inpatient admissions;13,771 outpatient visits;12,635 emergency department visits;4,347 urgent care visits;19,113 clinic visits.During the fiscal year, LPRH continued to invest in expanding access to healthcare services and strengthening its infrastructure to better serve the community. The hospital opened Parker Pharmacy, a retail pharmacy that improves access to prescription medications and supports continuity of care for patients throughout the region. LPRH also relocated its Urgent Care clinic to a larger, more accessible facility and expanded operating hours to include evenings and weekends, increasing access to same-day care and helping reduce unnecessary emergency department utilization. To enhance specialty care availability, LPRH recruited a full-time general surgeon, expanding access to surgical services locally and reducing the need for patients to travel outside the county for care. The hospital also invested in advanced diagnostic technology with the purchase and installation of a new CT scanner, improving imaging capabilities, diagnostic accuracy, and patient care.In support of continued organizational growth and operational efficiency, LPRH completed construction of a new administrative building to house the Medical Records and Patient Financial Services (Billing) departments along with Central Scheduling, Human Resources and Finance. The new facility improves workflow, enhances service to patients, and provides additional space within the hospital campus to support future clinical needs.LPRH's mission is to provide high-quality healthcare services to the residents of La Paz County and the neighboring communities of Big River and Earp, Californiatwo unincorporated communities with limited access to healthcare and located several hours from major medical resources in San Bernardino County. The hospital's Board of Directors is composed of dedicated community members representing the diverse communities served throughout La Paz County. Board members serve without compensation and generously contribute their time, expertise, and leadership in support of the hospital's mission and long-term sustainability. To further expand access to healthcare services, LPRH operates a satellite X-ray facility in Quartzsite and a surgical services addition in Parker that includes Nuclear Medicine and a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab). Nuclear Medicine services began in November 2009, followed by the opening of the Cath Lab and surgical suite in January 2010. On September 1, 2012, the hospital further expanded outpatient services with the opening of the Parker Medical Center. As a Critical Access Hospital, LPRH remains committed to ensuring that residents of La Paz County and surrounding rural communities have access to comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services close to home while continuing to invest in programs, facilities, technology, and providers that improve the health of the communities it serves.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all. Showing the 10 most recent; the API carries the rest.

Grants made

No itemized grants to organizations. Schedule I is filed only by organizations that granted more than $5,000 to a recipient, so most filers have none.

Grants received

Related organizations

From Schedule R Part II, where a filer lists the tax-exempt organizations it is related to by control. It does not record shared board members or money.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
