Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us.

The filer's explanations (Part III)
- SCHEDULE J, PART I, LINE 3:
- NACORF DOES NOT ITSELF MAKE ANY COMPENSATION DECISIONS, AS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS EMPLOYED BY NACO, A RELATED ORGANIZATION. NACO MAKES USE OF THE FOLLOWING IN SETTING EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION: - COMPENSATION COMMITTEE - FORMS 990 OF OTHER ORGANIZATIONS - WRITTEN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT - APPROVAL BY BOARD OR COMPENSATION COMMITTEE THE EXECUTIVE/COMPENSATION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS THAT AMOUNT TO BE PAID, AND THE NACO BOARD OF DIRECTORS DECIDES AND APPROVES AT THE NACO ANNUAL BOARD MEETING.
- SCHEDULE J, PART 1, LINE 7:
- THE NACORF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HAS AN ANNUAL BONUS OPTION, WHICH IS TO BE BASED ON THE PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES DETERMINED ANNUALLY BY THE NACO/RF OFFICERS. THE OFFICERS WILL EVALUATE HIS PERFORMANCE EACH MAY AND DETERMINE HIS ANNUAL BONUS AMOUNT. ADDITIONALLY, DURING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEWS, SUPERVISORS CAN RECOMMEND THAT EMPLOYEES RECEIVE ABOVE STANDARD MERIT INCREASES AND/OR PERFORMANCE BONUSES. THOSE RECOMMENDATIONS MUCH INCLUDE SPECIFIC JUSTIFICATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE HR DIRECTOR AND ULTIMATELY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. THE BOARD DOES NOT APPROVE INDIVIDUAL GOALS OR BONUSES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. HOWEVER, THE BOARD DOES APPROVE NACO'S STRATEGIC GOALS AND INITIATIVES, WHICH ARE THE BASIS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL BONUSES.
Part I's answers as filed. A line not listed was left unanswered; on lines 1a and 3 that means the box was not checked.
