Other organizations at this address

1 other organization in the IRS Business Master File lists the same street address. matched by us

This address is a suite or unit (STE 1000). Organizations that share one are often clients of the same office-services firm, accountant or registered agent rather than related to each other.

We match the street line and ZIP code as the IRS gives them, ignoring case and outer spaces and nothing else, so "AVE" and "AVENUE" count as different streets and this list can miss some. A shared address can mean related organizations or a shared office, but it can also be a registered agent, a mail drop or a service provider holding mail for unrelated clients. It is not, by itself, evidence that two organizations are connected.

Mission

KEIRO'S MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF SENIOR LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITY. Activities or mission (Part I)

KEIRO'S MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF SENIOR LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITY. (SEE PART III LINE 1)

  • PROGRAMS FOR OLDER ADULTSKEIRO'S PROGRAMS FOR OLDER ADULTS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS APPROACH AGING WITH CONFIDENCE, CONNECTION, AND PURPOSEFUL INTENTION. THROUGH QUALITY OF LIFE CLASSES (1,733 ATTENDEES) AND GENKI LIVING WORKSHOPS (101 ATTENDEES) PARTICIPANTS EXPLORED STRATEGIES TO HELP THEM STAY ACTIVE, ENGAGE THEIR MINDS, AND EXPLORE MEANINGFUL WAYS TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE. THE ANNUAL KEIRO NO HI FESTIVAL (691 ATTENDEES) HONORED OUR COMMUNITY'S OLDER ADULTS THROUGH A DAY OF CELEBRATION AND RECOGNITION FOR THEIR LIFELONG ACCOMPLISHMENTS. TOGETHER, THESE PROGRAMS EMPOWERED OLDER ADULTS TO LIVE WELL TODAY WHILE THOUGHTFULLY PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE.PROGRAMS FOR CAREGIVERSKEIRO'S PROGRAMS FOR CAREGIVERS RECOGNIZE AND UPLIFT THOSE WHO PROVIDE CARE FOR OTHERS, ENSURING THEY FEEL SUPPORTED, PREPARED, AND CONNECTED. OUR BIANNUAL CAREGIVER CONFERENCE (192 ATTENDEES) BROUGHT TOGETHER EXPERTS (HEALTH EDUCATORS, ATTORNEYS AND LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKERS), RESOURCE VENDORS SPECIALIZING IN AGING SERVICES AND SUPPORT, AND PEER TESTIMONY TO HELP CAREGIVERS NAVIGATE CHALLENGES OF CAREGIVING WITH CONFIDENCE. THESE IN-PERSON AND ONLINE EVENTS CREATED A WELCOMING SPACE TO LEARN PRACTICAL STRATEGIES, SHARE EXPERIENCES, AND OFFER EMOTIONAL SUPPORT. PROGRAMS FOR COMMUNITYKEIRO'S PROGRAMS FOR COMMUNITY FOCUS ON CREATING NEW, AND INVESTING IN EXISTING, SUPPORTIVE AGING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT ARE ACCESSIBLE FOR OLDER ADULTS WITHIN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDED THE GRANTS PROGRAM (39 RECIPIENT ORGANIZATIONS, SERVING 8,364 BENEFICIARIES) SUPPORTING OLDER ADULT PROGRAMS ACROSS MULTIPLE ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES, THE IYASHI CARE PROGRAM (222 PATIENTS) PROVIDING PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHERE THEY RESIDE, THE NEW KEIRO KIKYO HOME ENTITY THAT WILL PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL ASSISTED LIVING, THE LITTLE TOKYO SERVICE CENTER PARTNERSHIP (139 CLIENTS) THAT PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR LOW-INCOME OLDER ADULTS, AND NIKKEI SENIOR NETWORK (NSN) (42 COMMUNITY LEADERS ACROSS 23 COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS). THROUGH THE NSN, KEIRO BRINGS TOGETHER COMMUNITY LEADERS TO EXCHANGE RESOURCES, BUILD PARTNERSHIPS, AND COLLABORATE TOWARD SHARED GOALS THAT SUPPORT AND UPLIFT THE OLDER ADULTS AND CAREGIVERS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. ADDITIONALLY, FOLLOWING THE JANUARY 2025 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WILDFIRES, KEIRO ESTABLISHED A DISASTER RECOVERY FUND TO SUPPORT OLDER ADULTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO WERE IMPACTED BY THIS DISASTER. FOUR LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE PASADENA AND ALTADENA COMMUNITIES WERE IDENTIFIED TO IMPLEMENT MEAL PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE CONNECTION, AND INCREASE ACCESS TO DISASTER RECOVERY ASSISTANCE AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all. Showing the 10 most recent; the API carries the rest.

Related organizations

Declared as related by

California fundraising campaigns

Campaigns run by paid fundraisers, commercial coventurers and thrift stores naming this organization, as California published them. Both figures are as filed, and what the first one counts depends on the campaign type — a coventurer or a thrift store files its own sales rather than money collected for the charity. The 990 reports this only as a yearly total, never per campaign.

  • RITEWAY CHARITY SERVICES INC.

    $715 raised

    2024 CF Vehicle Donation Program

    $715 to charity

  • RITEWAY CHARITY SERVICES INC.

    $5,900 raised

    2021 CF Vehicle Donation Program

    $3,860 to charity

  • RITEWAY CHARITY SERVICES INC.

    $600 raised

    2020 CF Vehicle Donation Program

    $225 to charity

  • RITEWAY CHARITY SERVICES INC.

    $1,200 raised

    2019 CF Vehicle Donation Program

    $655 to charity

Amounts are as filed and do not add up: a commercial coventurer reports one promotion's whole gross once for each charity that shared in it. A campaign may also name more than one registered charity, in which case it appears on each.

Other IRS files

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
