Other organizations at this address

45 other organizations in the IRS Business Master File list the same street address. matched by us

This address is a suite or unit (STE 900). Organizations that share one are often clients of the same office-services firm, accountant or registered agent rather than related to each other.

We match the street line and ZIP code as the IRS gives them, ignoring case and outer spaces and nothing else, so "AVE" and "AVENUE" count as different streets and this list can miss some. A shared address can mean related organizations or a shared office, but it can also be a registered agent, a mail drop or a service provider holding mail for unrelated clients. It is not, by itself, evidence that two organizations are connected.

Mission and programs · 2024

Mission

THE ROSTROPOVICH-VISHNEVSKAYA FOUNDATION (RVF) IS A GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION THAT PROMOTES THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF CHILDREN IN NEED THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS THAT CREATE SUSTAINABLE, TRANSFORMATIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAMS AROUND THE WORLD. RVF IS A NON-POLITICAL, NON-PARTISAN CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION.

Activities or mission (Part I)

THE ROSTROPOVICH-VISHNEVSKAYA FOUNDATION (RVF) DESIGNS AND FINANCES NATIONWIDE SUSTAINABLE HEALTHCARE INITIATIVES BENEFITING CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

  • RVF'S MAJOR INITIATIVE TO PROVIDE SAFE WATER FOR DRINKING AND PERSONAL HYGIENE TO CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES IN GAZA WAS RESUMED IN APRIL 2024. IN 2025 RVF OPENED 9 POTABLE WATER DISTRIBUTION SITES THROUGHOUT GAZA. OF THE 18 POTABLE WATER SITES OPENED BY RVF SINCE APRIL 2024, 11 SITES REMAINED FULLY OPERATIONAL BY THE END OF 2025, DESPITE HORRIFIC WARTIME CONDITIONS. THESE SITES SERVE APPROXIMATELY 200,000 CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH FREE POTABLE WATER. EACH SITE IS EQUIPPED WITH A WATER DESALINATION UNIT USING REVERSE OSMOSIS AND POWERED EITHER BY A DIESEL-RUN GENERATOR OR A SOLAR POWER SYSTEM. THIS INITIATIVE IS MADE POSSIBLE BY A GENEROUS GRANT FROM THE UAE. ACCESS TO SAFE DRINKING WATER IS A GLOBAL PUBLIC HEALTH PRIORITY. IN THE GAZA STRIP, HOME TO OVER 2 MILLION PEOPLE, THERE IS AN URGENT NEED FOR POTABLE WATER TO HELP CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES SURVIVE. RVF IS CONTINUING THIS LIFE-SAVING WORK IN 2026 AND INTENDS TO SCALE IT UP DRAMATICALLY. GIVEN THE SCOPE OF THE DESTRUCTION IN GAZA, COMMUNITY-BASED FIXED WATER DESALINATION SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE TERRITORY ARE THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO PROVIDE POTABLE WATER TO THE POPULATION, AS IT WILL BE YEARS BEFORE PERMANENT INFRASTRUCTURE CAN BE REBUILT. RVF IS IN REGULAR CONTACT WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UAE AND OTHER DONORS TO CONTINUE AND EXPAND THIS LIFE-SAVING WORK.

    Expenses $2,200,658

  • RVF WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO INTRODUCE MODERN VACCINES FOR CHILDREN INTO THE NATIONAL ROUTINE VACCINATION SCHEDULES IN MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRIES (MICS) AND PUBLISHES THE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL RESULTS OF THE PROGRAMS IN PEER-REVIEWED SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS. THE VACCINATION PROGRAMS ARE IMPLEMENTED ENTIRELY BY LOCAL HEALTH CARE WORKERS, THEREBY BUILDING LOCAL CAPACITY AND OWNERSHIP FROM THE BEGINNING, AND ARE FULLY SUSTAINED BY THE HOST GOVERNMENTS WITHIN 3 YEARS OF INCEPTION. FOLLOWING THE LAUNCH OF THE RVF-INITIATED ROTAVIRUS VACCINATION PROGRAM FOR ALL INFANTS IN GAZA AND THE WEST BANK IN 2016- APPROXIMATELY 135,000 BABIES ANNUALLY RVF, WITH FINANCING FROM THE BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION, HAS BEEN CONDUCTING SURVEILLANCE DOCUMENTING THE IMPACT OF THE ROTAVIRUS VACCINE ON THE DISEASE BURDEN. THE RESULTS OF THE FIRST PHASE OF THE SURVEILLANCE WERE PUBLISHED IN THE PEER-REVIEWED JOURNAL VACCINE. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE WAR, THE SUPPLY OF ROTAVIRUS VACCINE WAS INTERRUPTED FROM JUNE THROUGH DECEMBER 2024, SO THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT ROTAVIRUS DISEASE WILL REEMEERGE BEFORE THE VACCINE SUPPLY CAN BE REPLENISHED AND VACCINATION RESUME IN 2025. IN EGYPT RVF CONTIUNES ITS INITIATIVE TO INTRODUCE THE ROTAVIRUS VACCINE INTO THE NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION SCHEDULE FOR CHILDREN AND TO TRANSFER THE TECHNOLOGY TO MANUFACTURE THE VACCINE IN THE COUNTRY. THE RVF-SPONSORED BASELINE STUDY OF ROTAVIRUS DISEASE PREVALENCE IN EGYPT, FINANCED BY THE GATES FOUNDATION AND PUBLISHED IN THE EGYPTIAN PHARMACEUTICAL JOURNAL, HAS LENT MOMENTUM TO THE REGISTRATION PROCESS OF THE VACCINE IN EGYPT AND THE PLANNING OF THE TECH TRANSFER FROM THE INDIAN MANUFACTURER TO AN EGYPTIAN VACCINE MANUFACTURER.

Compensation is as filed in Part VII: reportable pay from this organization and from related organizations, other compensation, and hours per week. The total, marked calculated, is our sum of the three dollar columns, with a blank column counted as $0; the form itself has no total. On a Form 990-EZ the columns are Part IV's instead, and on a Form 990-PF Part VIII's — compensation, contributions to benefit plans, and expense account — and the total sums those. A Schedule J breakdown is as filed: base pay, bonus, other, deferred compensation and nontaxable benefits from this organization, with any from related organizations beside each, and the filer's own total. It is shown with the Part VII listing of the same name on the same return. The form gives no key between the two, so that pairing is ours, and is marked matched by us. Earlier years are each on their own filing page.

Nonprofiteer parses Forms 990, 990-EZ and 990-PF, in a window of recent tax years. These returns are recorded from the IRS e-file index, so their figures were extracted by that index rather than read from the return here — treat them as a different source from the filings above, not as more of the same record. A dash means the index carries no figure; Form 990-T listings carry none at all. Showing the 10 most recent; the API carries the rest.

Grants made

No itemized grants to organizations. Schedule I is filed only by organizations that granted more than $5,000 to a recipient, so most filers have none.

Grants received

Related organizations

From Schedule R Part II, where a filer lists the tax-exempt organizations it is related to by control. It does not record shared board members or money.

Auto-Revocation List

Not listed. The IRS publishes this list for organizations whose exemption was automatically revoked for failing to file for three consecutive years.

Publication 78

Listed as of 13 October 2026, under deductibility PC.

These are two separate IRS files on two separate schedules, shown as published and not reconciled with each other. Neither is a statement about whether a contribution is deductible today: 19,245 organizations appear in Publication 78 while the IRS's own revocation file lists them as currently revoked, more than half of those revoked before 2019. Absence from Publication 78 is evidence of nothing, and presence is not evidence either. Verify current status with the IRS before relying on it.
